CAUSE, Inc. is a California Non Profit corporation founded in 2003 to assist with Catastrophe’s. In this current Global Mortgage and Financial Crisis, CAUSE, Inc. has adopted the project to back up those homeowners who want to stay in their home but are being prevented by unreasonable lenders. We are dedicated to helping to unravel this complex situation we are all in today and have isolated the single root to the troubles ensuing from irresponsible lending practices, namely Unreasonable Seizure of Homes.

The abundant loan products of yesterday have become tombstones for our foreclosure victims. The lending industry has side stepped into a position of ‘over qualifying’ new loans blaming all on ‘liar loans’, forgetting that it was they who offered these products to sub-prime and prime alike with ‘stated income’ requirements and automated underwriting systems in place to ‘fast flow’ volumes of unqualified people into home loans allegedly to handle ‘affordable income’ concerns.

Lenders and Government alike are focusing mainly on lowering interest rates to help ease the strain of unsecured mortgages and the resultant wave of properties foreclosing or ‘short selling’ in deference to working just as diligently to assist qualified homeowners to keep their homes. The result of this is a complete pendulum swing from the high volumes of two years ago. There is no more ‘sub-prime’ industry and there are no products out there for these people to move to when their ARMs reset causing their payments to double!

Little is being done, despite congressional implementation of Hope 4 Homeowners products, to actually get people into reduced principle loans that are just below the Current Market Value of homes. Nothing is being done to actually rectify the insolvent loan situation all homeowners are in and stabilize the future of these homes. Meanwhile trillions committed to this by Congress are being frittered away by lenders and big brother insurance companies alike, at the direction of Central Bankers who do not have the best interests at heart of U.S. Citizens. It is time to take a stand on our Constitutional Rights.

CAUSE, Inc. is devoted to truly and simply solving this problem by attacking violations of the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (Unreasonable Search and Seizure of your home!!) CAUSE also has a ‘Survival Club’ which all are invited to join.  A separate website will be up soon for this, but for now posts will appear on this site.  So much influences long term Survival concepts, including Government Neglect issues, such as wholesale drug abuse - especially Eli Lilly, Allowing lobbies to create a conflict of interest, buying off our leaders votes.

Due diligence must be exercised when approving drugs for market and even ultimately approval of war machines.

Survival Club however will be devoted to providing folks with our opinion!  I can’t think of a better one when it comes to optimum Survival!  So please feel free to comment and let’s all learn what atrocities are out there and see what we can do about ‘em together!

e.  Nutritionist: Find out how you can reverse/stall the aging process by tuning in to my nutritional tips here on this site.  I’ve been an advocate of good Nutrition starting in the 70’s when I was a pioneer in the application of “megavitamin therapy” to drug addicts with huge success.  I have gone on in life following a number of terrific health and nutrition experts and feel that everyone is entitled to my opinion!  I will provide items that I highly recommend, such as Water Ionizers, ‘alkalyzers’, for lower than market prices because I will purchase these from a wholesaler and take only the irreducible minimum surcharge to cover expenses only.  This way - if I recommend it - you can get it for less!  More to follow on this - which will be a growing part of this site and may eventually branch out to its own site.
